The food at the nearby Westmill Tea Room is amazing and definitely worth trying, and it's just a short 5-minute drive from here. Plus, it's conveniently located only 20 km from London Stansted airport.

Central location, easy transport options nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overpriced for the quality of the rooms and facilities. Breakfast was unimpressive and lacking in variety.

The hotel offered a lovely lunch with good, basic British food that was reasonably priced. The accommodation was a pleasant surprise, with a quiet room that had a four-poster bed and a spacious bathroom with a clawfoot bath. The breakfast provided, even though it was pre-wrapped continental options, was more than enough and we even took some with us for morning tea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We had to wait a long time for someone to come and take our order, and even then we had to ask multiple times. The kitchen and staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of customers, resulting in long wait times for food.
